About Yanlie

I am an experienced educator with eight years of work in Montessori classrooms and additional training through internships in public schools. Throughout my career, I've developed a strong ability to understand why students may be struggling, and I take pride in meeting each child at their own pace. Creating a supportive, calm, and respectful learning environment has always been at the heart of my teaching. Currently, I am a pregnant stay-at-home mom, and as my family grows, I remain committed to continuing the work I love--helping students learn, gain confidence, and feel understood. I bring a kind and gentle approach to every interaction, taking time to listen to what students say and how they feel. My goal is always to help them progress in a way that honors their individual needs. With a blend of Montessori experience, public-school exposure, and a deeply student-centered mindset, I strive to support learners wherever they are in their educational journey.
