I am a 51-year-old bilingual (Chinese/English) childcare professional with a bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience working with children in the U. S. I have worked as a live-in nanny, daycare assistant, and currently as a school bus monitor supporting children with special needs. I am experienced with children from diverse backgrounds and always prioritize safety, patience, and positive guidance. I am caring, responsible, and energetic. I enjoy creating engaging activities through reading, crafts, and outdoor play, and I believe in encouraging children to build confidence in a safe and loving environment.
