Yaniza worked at my daughters, Daycare, Forks Educational Center YMCA, for several years and made a lasting impression on myself, and other children and their parents. Yaniza is thoughtful, responsible and kind. She is a strong communicator, and how’s the ability to keep children and say wow making them feel care for and loved. She handled day-to-day tasks like getting the children ready for school, drop off and pick up, taking them to the playground and a host of other activities. She is calm under pressure and can easily handle tears and toddler meltdowns, Yaniza is passionate about childcare as it is obviously a calling for her and not just a job. I can recon her wholeheartedly and without reservations.
