For the past six years, I've been dedicated to supporting adults and seniors, helping them maintain their independence and well-being. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and a professional, detail-oriented mindset. I understand the importance of clear communication and provide regular updates to families via their preferred method, whether it's verbal check-ins, text, or phone calls. Respecting a care recipient's independence is paramount to building a strong connection. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or behavioral changes. I'm here to assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also have CPR Training. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish. Ultimately, I hope to bring peace of mind and a brighter day to those I care for and their families.
