About Yanira

I'd describe my personality as loyal, friendly, honest, caring and most importantly compassionate. I like caring for seniors because I know I'm helping someone who genuinely needs it. I'm looking for a job that alleviates small tasks that may seem a little difficult for an elder to perform alone. I started caring for seniors when I was young. I worked in a nursing home for 2 years. I worked in the activities department and kept the seniors busy. When I got older, I helped take care of my grandmother who had Alzheimer's. Just being their for her when my family and I knew she wasn't aware of us, made me feel good because I knew she was being well taken care of. In my spare time, I like to do arts and crafts, games and watch movies with my family. We go to church every week. Being the children's bible study teacher, brings me joy. My skills include cooking, cleaning, and organizing.
