About Yana

Hi there! I am a former special education teacher turned stay-at-home mom to a 3-year-old boy and almost 1-year-old girl, and I'd be interested in caring for 1-2 additional children on an as-needed basis as well! Prior to being home, I worked for Baltimore County Public Schools teaching students with autism in grades K-3. Once I left BCPS, I nannied for a family with 3 children for a year before diving back into teaching through a non-public school in Anne Arundel county, working with K-5 in an autism classroom. I have both my bachelors and master's degrees in Special Education through Towson university, and I am passionate about providing a supportive and nurturing environment for children of all ability levels! Ideally I'd love to find a family with a child or children close to either one of my kids' ages that live in the Bel Air area!
