Hi, I'm Yakinsha (Shay for short)! I'm a caring and experienced childcare provider with 14 years of hands-on experience nurturing children of all ages. My passion for childcare began early while assisting my mother in her home daycare. As a teenager, I started babysitting and later became a camp counselor, where I had the opportunity to work with children across various age groups. I continued my journey as an assistant preschool teacher before transitioning to infant care. After gaining valuable experience with infants, I began my career as a professional nanny. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with amazing families and becoming a trusted part of their daily lives. I love supporting children's growth, learning, and development. With my patient, energetic, and calm demeanor, I create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive.
