About Yakerria

Hi families! My name is YaKerria, but I mainly go by Ms. K because it is easier for the kiddos to say! I am currently a professional toddler teacher at a preschool in Nashville, TN, with 3 years of professional childcare experience. I have also been babysitting since I was around 15 years old, so caring for children has always been something I truly enjoy. I am CPR and First Aid trained and have experience caring for children of different ages. I am patient, caring, dependable, and attentive. I always want children to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and able to have fun while they are in my care. I am also happy to keep parents updated so you can feel comfortable and know how your little one is doing while you are away. I have my own reliable car, so I am comfortable helping with school and daycare pickups and drop offs, park days, playdates, extracurricular activities, and other outings. I can also help school aged children with their homework when needed.
