Hi, my name is Yajaira. I'm a native Chicagoan that works as a 2nd grade teacher in Chicago Public School. After teaching abroad for 3. 5 years, I moved back home in 2020. I have been officially teaching since 2016, and I've had students from 2nd - 7th grade. When I'm not teaching I love reading, journaling, working on arts and crafts, and spending time with my family.
