I'm an experienced and passionate childcare provider with a deep love for fostering children's growth and development. My three years of experience have given me the skills to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of all ages. My qualifications Include volunteering for hope for miami as a youth counselor, working as an RBT for kids with ASD for the past 4 years, completing a bachelors degree in behavior analysis, and being a mother to a 10-month-old myself. My patient, calm, and creative nature allows me to connect with children on a personal level and understand their individual needs. I believe in open communication with parents and keep them updated about their child's day through their preferred method of communication. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and harmonious environment.
