My Mom really enjoyed Yahaira (Heidi) company and care. Heidi was able to care for my mom, who was bed bound, at her home and even visited her in the hospital. She would always take a photo for me, or call and texted in a timely manner (I lived far away). She ensured my mom had her teeth and hair brushed - always looking nice - even at the end. They become friends. I was very thankful for Heidi's care of my mom. Heidi is very caring and good at a very difficult job - she has a lot of empathy not just for the person she cares for but the family.
