About Yahaira

I'm a bilingual professional who loves empowering students to reach their full potential. With over 7 years of experience teaching theater, 5 years teaching Spanish to English speakinga students. Also math and science to children and 14 years teaching about nutrition to adults; fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. I adapt my methods by observing how you interact with new material, utilizing visual aids, discussions, and hands-on activities. When concepts become challenging, I break them into manageable steps and celebrate every small success to maintain your momentum. I believe open communication with both you and your parents is essential to building the trust necessary for academic growth. Seeing your confidence flourish as you master new skills is the most rewarding part of my work. I hold a graduate degree and maintain CPR training and First Aid certification.
