About Yafreisi

Hi! My name is Yafreisi ., and I am a college student with a passion for caregiving and building meaningful connections with children of all ages. As a Sunday school teacher, athlete, and mentor, I have developed patience, leadership, and a nurturing spirit. As an Afro-Latina Dominican, family and community are at the heart of who I am. I am proudly bilingual in Spanish and English, allowing me to connect with families from diverse backgrounds. I believe caregiving is a time of wonder, creativity, and growth. Through music, games, cooking, baking, and storytelling, I love creating joyful experiences where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to be themselves. My interest in psychology helps me understand and support each child's unique personality. Above all, I strive to be a dependable and caring presence, someone families can trust and children enjoy spending time with.
