About Yael

I have extensive experience working with children of all ages. I was a paid tutor for 4 years high school, teaching math, history, and language arts. I am a Lyceum scholar at Clemson University and have a 4. 0 GPA. I have also helped many of my students prepare for exams, write essays, and complete assignments. I often ask my students to send me some of the work they've been given so I can create practice worksheets, come up with a lesson plan, and prepare accordingly. I'm passionate about helping children feel valued, creative, and confident in who they are. I believe that nurturing their sense of individuality, creativity, and critical thinking are essential. I had struggled in my education as well, so I believe I bring a fresh and humble approach to teaching complex concepts.
