About Yadira

Hello! My name is Yadira. I have 16 years of experience working with children includes 7 years of volunteer work, 3 years as a tutor, 2 as a lead tutor and 4 years managing an afterschool program. This included training staff on how to support the needs of the children, going over lesson plans, and providing a safe and nurturing environment. I am fluent in Spanish, easy to get along with, and can also cook and bake very well while working with any dietary restriction. I have two years of experience in early childhood education and have ran a successful after school program. I've worked with kids ages 3-16 and have experience supporting kids with learning disabilities and different learning styles. I focus on patience, structure, and confidence building, and I tailor my caregiving to each child's needs. Feel free to ask any questions and I will be more than happy to answer.
