Hi there, I am Yadira.. Yara for short. I have a great time learning from children's personalities and especially teaching them new activities or subjects.. I usually accommodate myself really well with every child. However, I do understand every kiddo won't always be the same. In which case I am always ready for a challenge. I have had the privilege to work in daycare, home-tutoring (Math & English are my strengths but I have found myself able to understand and teach all other subjects), Special Ed., newborn assistance and toddler intro to Pre-K. I can help with potty training and a night time routine that will help you, the parents, sleep longer. I am CPR certified and I have had extensive training on all ages. (newborns - 14-year-olds) Along with some classes on educational psychology. I never worked with the family that gave me a 1 star rating. I just couldn't meet with them because the were an hour plus away and changed their location last minute. I do have other references.

I have 3 very hyper and silly triplets and she was just absolutely delightful with them. Of course, like any nanny would she would lightly discipline them (with my permission) and I was shocked to find out that they began behaving in areas I was struggling with. I would and still do recommend her to any friends looking for a nanny.
