Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me as a caregiver. I have over three years of experience supporting older adults, individuals with disabilities, and children in home and community settings. I am patient, calm, friendly, and committed to promoting safety, independence, and overall well-being. I assist with daily activities including meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, mobility support, and personal care. I also have experience with medication management, including reminders, documentation, and monitoring for changes according to care plans. I am CPR and First Aid certified and comfortable adapting to changing routines. I have experience de-escalating stressful situations, supporting memory-care needs, and providing age-appropriate structure and activities for both seniors and children. Building trust is very important to me, and I communicate clearly with families through written updates and verbal check-ins to provide peace of mind.
