Xochilt is absolutely incredible with my 2 year old son. He even asks about her when she isn’t around! She is attentive, fun, and the perfect balance between playful and setting boundaries. I trust her completely with nap times, feeding, picking / dropping him off from activities when I need. She’s also been extremely flexible if I need her help last minute or asking if she can babysit when we go out for dinner. All around — amazing!
