I have had the pleasure of working with this co worker in both early childhood classroom and as a one on one educational assistant supporting a student with special needs. Her ability to adapt instruction and provide visualize support has made a meaningful difference in the students, growth, confidence, and success. She also works well with teachers support staff and families always communicating respectfully and collaborating as part of the team.
