I have nearly 10 years of experience working with children, including one year in a U. S. daycare and several years in early childhood education programs in China. I am patient, caring, and enjoy supporting children in a safe, warm, and positive environment. My first language is Chinese, and I can communicate in English for daily work and understand instructions clearly. I am responsible, reliable, and follow family routines and expectations. I value good communication with parents and always pay attention to children's daily needs and well-being. My goal is to provide stable, loving, and trustworthy care so children feel happy and supported.
