Hi! I'm Xia! I worked as an ABA therapist supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs in structured and natural environments. My role focused on implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and reinforcing positive behaviors through consistent strategies and routines. I built strong relationships with my clients and their families and even when I left they still reached out to me after to help them when I was available, I also helped promote communication and social skills. This experience taught me a lot of patience and professionalism while improving my understanding of child development and applied behavior analysis. Observing progress, even small steps, felt so rewarding and being part of each child's growth made me want to keep learning and made me so much more motivated.
