I have 16 years as a housekeeper in a high end hotel. I am polite professional and experienced. I can speak Chinese and I'm a great cook of Chinese food. I also had my COVID vaccine.

After thoroughly reviewing the reviews, I expected far more than what was given. Her profile stated that her rate was $30 an hour, but when I reached out to her, she stated that her rate was actually $40 an hour. I politely declined and said that was not within our budget as her profile stated $30 an hour, and she immediately responded and said $30 an hour was fine.

She showed up on time, and I gave her a quick tour of our home. She cleaned for a total of six hours, and we left the house about 2.5 hours into it. When we left, much needed to be done, so six hours is understandable. However, our house looked exactly the same as when we left. Food was left on the counter, items that belonged in different rooms were left on the dining table, toys left on the coffee table, and no surfaces were wiped off. I also showed her where all of our refills were, and the soap dispenser was not refilled. These were small problems in the grand scheme of things, but we are looking for a housekeeper to make our lives easier and less cluttered--it seems counterproductive when there is much left to be desired. Also to add, her demeanor is very intimidating and not very warm. I didn't feel comfortable telling her what I needed to have done, nor did she introduce herself to my family.

I would not complain if we didn't pay her for six hours, but for that amount of time, I expected to come home to a more organized home than when I left. I sent her a text message--with the same complaints--to no response. I wouldn't be able to recommend her.

Xiaoying does a great job at cleaning and is always very thorough. She is also very responsive and on top of scheduling.

She did an amazing job deep cleaning our kitchen and bathroom! I would definitely hire her again and recommend her to anyone who is looking for a cleaner!!

Sharon has been cleaning our condo for around 6 months and doing an excellent job. We were in quite a mess when she first came and she worked hard to bring things up to her standard :). She is very easy to work with, always texts to confirm timing and dates in advance. And our place has never been cleaner. She is fantastic - strongly recommend her.

I have been hiring Xiao consistently as she is punctual and gets work done in the most efficient way. Would highly recommend her.

Xiaoying is fantastic! She's extremely thorough and always leaves my home sparkling clean. She is also very friendly, respectful, and easy to coordinate bookings with.

Xiaoying is amazing! We hired her to come to our place for regular cleaning and helping with laundry. She is so thorough and thoughtful and detail oriented when cleaning our home. She is also excellent about working around us being home while she was there (due to covid work from home situation). I would highly recommend her!

Xiaoying is a fantastic housekeeper. She processes professional cleaning skills and holds high standards for her work. The end result is hotel grade cleanliness and tidiness at my home.

I found her to be quite thorough and often go above and beyond for her work. Such as cleaning top ceiling yellow spots, or cleaning hard to reach corners of the toilet bowl. This gave me full confidence to her work.

Xiaoying did a complete deep cleaning for my home in the first few sessions and I am quite impressed with her work ethic and the end results.

Never thought my home could be these clean!

Xiaoyang is meticulous, professional, reliable, and trustworthy. Love having her around and does such good work.

Xiaoying does an amazing job cleaning our house (2 bed/2 bath + dog + small child). She works hard until the job is done, which we really appreciate. Thank you!

Sharon has been coming to clean our house for the past 6 months. We feel so lucky to have found her - Sharon is a wonderful housekeeper and very dependable. She is thorough, gets the job done right, and is super hardworking. While we are busy working or in meetings, she is independently helping make our place sparkle! Very friendly and professional as well, we always look forward to her coming.

Sharon is excellent. Her attention to detail is second to none, and every crevice of our home sparkles after her visits. She is dependable, needs very minimal oversight and works thoughtfully. So glad we have her!

Xiaoying is great. I have been hiring her bi-weekly to help with chores at home I can't do due to injury. I am very happy with her help. She needs very minimal oversight, takes initiatives and at the end gets the work done perfectly. Highly recommend her!

I hired Xiaoying to clean our apartment regularly and help with other chores (laundry, prepping vegetables for cooking, cleaning of my child's bath toys, etc). We have her come on a regular schedule to do cleaning and other chores around the house.

She is always on time, independent, and efficient. Our house stays very clean and I don't have to worry about it at all. If I have an extra task that needs to get done some days (cutting some vegetables, cleaning toys, cleaning the fridge), she works it in while keeping track of what got missed for the next visit.

She responds well to personal tastes too: we changed cleaning supplies (due to my personal preferences) and had particular preferences about how recycling be taken out and the bed made. She is diligent & remembers our preferences each visit.

Overall, we are very satisfied with her work and plan to continue hiring her.

Xiaoying has been helping clean our house for several months now and has done a fantastic job. She is both thorough and fast working, which is very hard to find. She is reliable and has never missed an appointment, and is friendly & communicative. We are lucky to have her help!

This woman will tell you the truth. She won't lie and say she can clean it like it's new if it's impossible to do it in 2-3 hours. She will show you all the parts that are dirty that you don't even know about and explain how long it will take to clean it. She has her own supplies and is very quick to reply. She works 7 days a week. Her rate is very reasonable but once she looks at your place and tell you want is possible to clean in 2-3 hours believe her. Many cleaners say they will do your entire house but they do an okay job. This woman charges the same per hour but will clean it better. We have hired her to come 3 hours each Sunday. It's hard to find someone that will work weekends. Also tell her if you don't want bleach because that's what she uses for getting all the mold and stains off the bathroom. If you want vinegar you need to say so but she's going to have to work harder to get it clean and you will pay for more labor. Plus she never takes off her mask. English is good but my mom speaks Mandarin so I don't have to be there while she's cleaning. My mom can tell her what she wants. She found our post and we are grateful. She is worth every penny.

Xiaoying H. is a conscientious housekeeper, and it shows in her work. Her wage is on par with what one would expect from a quality independent contractor in the San Francisco Bay area. As a retired RN, retired Navy Hospital Corpsman, and dad, I feel secure leaving my home in her capable hands.
