About Xianna

I'd describe my personality as happy, patient, and accommodating! I really enjoy working with kids because I like being a helping hand for parents who need it. My kids and I always have fun, I truly do it for the smiles on everyone's faces. I'm looking for something I can do while going through college where I can help people. I started working with kids pretty young. I have over 20 cousins (most way older than me), so I've been babysitting since my freshman year of high school. In my spare time, I like to read, hike, hang out with my dog, and I'm a big movie person, so lots of movie nights. I also have a big family, so there's always good food and conversation. One thing you should know about me is I'm reliable, and your kids will actually like me. I make it fun for them while still keeping things safe. I show up, stay consistent and keep a good attitude. My skills: patience, communication, and understanding. Talking, listening and understanding is key when taking care of kids.
