Helen is incredibly caring, proactive, and responsive. She was always attentive to our baby’s needs, played with her frequently, and made sure she was fed on time and well cared for throughout the day. It was very reassuring to see how naturally loving and patient she was with our baby. Beyond baby care, Helen consistently went above and beyond. After completing all baby-related tasks, she also helped clean the house and cooked meals for our family, which was a huge support and greatly appreciated. Helen is reliable, hardworking, and truly dedicated to her role. We felt completely comfortable and confident leaving our baby in her care.
