About Xiana
Experience: 6 yrs
Hello! I am an energetic and diligent caregiver with a pre-school teaching background who specializes in newborn/ infant care. I provide a safe and exuberant experience of care for children, with structure and consistency. I love children and look to guide them in their development with a level of respect and patience they are owed. In my 6 years of experience, I've broadened my skill set with continued academic coursework in sleep training, early childhood development/milestones, in-home play/ curriculum using modern methods (child-led learning/Montessori), & household management. Thank you for your time!
Most recent review
Xiana is the best of the best. She has taken care of my daughter for the last 8 months and has done so will huge skill, kindness, and love. In addition to being reliable and responsive, she has come to work every day with a plan. She actively engages in and seeks out age-appropriate activities. She is playful and loving, while still providing structure. I recommend her without any hesitation.
