About Xia-ling

Nurturing young minds and contributing to their growth is what I'm passionate about. For the past five years, I've had the joy of providing care and support to children, and I find it incredibly rewarding. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I communicate with parents through written daily reports, verbal communication, and I follow their preferred communication method. I have a college degree, First Aid Training, CPR Training, and Early Child Development Coursework. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time, allowing me to focus on their individual needs. I look forward to the possibility of bringing my experience and enthusiasm into your child's life, and I hope to become an extension of your family.
