About Xavier

Hello there! My name is Xavier and I am a graduating Master's student in Charlottesville. Alongside my academic career, I have also worked heavily in the childcare sector. I was a consistent babysitter in high school. I worked as a Nursery Director for a local church in 2018. In 2019, I was a Residential Student Mentor for the UNC Upward Bound Summer Program. Lastly, I have been a nanny and babysitter for various families over the past 5 years. In addition to childcare, I also have experience in tutoring. I have tutored children from Pre-K to 12th grade. I specialize in English, Social Studies, and Spanish. I have a passion for education, and I am dedicated to crafting personalized lessons and activities to best cater to individual learning, developmental, and creative needs. My other skills related to childcare include meal prepping, household organization, activity planning, laundry, and pet sitting.
