Hello, families! My name is Xavier, and I am a babysitter with over three years of childcare experience. I cant wait to provide wonderful services to support families this summer! My experience includes working with children through VBS, summer camps, and various leadership roles both in and outside the classroom. These opportunities have helped me develop strong communication, patience, and responsibility while working with children of different ages. Before each appointment, I like to connect with families to learn about their children's personalities, routines, and any specific needs so I can provide the best care possible. I also have experience mentoring and working closely with young boys. I value honesty, transparency, and open communication, and I believe building trust with both parents and children is essential.
