Hi! I'm Xavia:) currently searching for a full time nanny position!!! I'm a graduate from Washington, and plan to become a future police officer. I'm a patient, creative, and friendly childcare provider with over four years of experience caring for children of all ages. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and always follow their preferred communication method to keep them updated on their child's day or any issues that arise. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency and respect for their parenting style. When it comes to activities, I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, both outdoors and indoors. I love coloring and crafts!! From sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, I played LOTS of sports as a child so I also enjoy things like that:) I'm comfortable caring for up to four children simultaneously and have experience with all ages
