About Xandra

Hi there! My name is Xandra and I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over five years of experience working with kids with developmental disabilities. I'm currently working on my master's degree in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) because I truly love helping children grow and thrive in ways that work best for them. I speak both English and Spanish, and I always aim to create a fun, safe, and supportive space where kids can feel comfortable being themselves. Whether it's helping with routines, playing games, or using tools from my ABA background to encourage positive behavior, I bring a lot of care and patience to everything I do.
