Xander was our favorite caregiver after my brother (76) had a brain injury. They could often get him to do his PT exercises when he would refuse to do them with other caregivers. My brother also is nervous driving with other people, but Xander is an excellent driver and my brother liked going out with them (when he would often refuse to get out of bed with other caregivers). They genuinely enjoyed each others company.
