My name is Wyshia but I like to go by Shia :) I am a caring & creative individual who enjoys working with children of all ages. I believe every child deserves to feel heard & encouraged to explore their unique interests & personality in a supportive environment. I am known for being very empathetic & patient, which helps me build strong connections with both children & parents. Whether we're doing arts & crafts, reading stories, enjoying time outside, or simply having fun through imaginative play, I strive to create a personalized & safe environment where children can thrive & learn to express themselves in a long long lasting, healthy way. I understand that trusting someone with your children is one of the most important decisions a family can make & I take that responsibility seriously, striving to always have open communication with parents. I am also planning to obtain CPR certification to further strengthen my ability to provide safe & responsible care.
