My background includes a graduate degree and coursework in early childhood education. I am certified in CPR and First Aid, and I have experience working with children with special needs. My patient and creative personality allows me to connect with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including board games, educational games, and technology-based games. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules and routines to ensure a safe and structured environment. I believe in open and regular communication with parents. I provide verbal updates at pickup and send regular text or phone call updates throughout the day. I am flexible and adapt to the parents' preferred communication method.
