About Woodrow

Hi! My name is Woody and I'm in my fourth year as a paraprofessional for K-2 in the Mason School System, in addition to another year or so of general and special education classroom subbing throughout the district. I love working in the classroom with all kinds of kids but my focus has been on special needs and behavior intervention. I've always been happiest working with children-I come from a big family and have been both the babysitter and the babysat, learning so much from every experience. Spending time playing games, visiting museums and parks, and reading are activities I love to share. I've been lucky to be able to jump into informally teaching a variety of subjects and seeing kids thrive and grow is one of my many joys. Thanks so much!
