Hello, my name is Wokie. I think I'll be great for your family. I have a BA in Psychology and over 10 years experience working with children on the autism spectrum; verbal and non-verbal individuals, mobile and not mobile individuals, down syndrome, brain injuries, and developmental delays etc. I am currently a ABA Behavioral therapist. I've worked with individuals 3-35 years old w/in their homes, live-in treatment facilities and public school setting as a 1:1 behavioral therapist. I am also a private behavioral consultant creating FBA's for individuals on the spectrum. I enjoy working with children. One of my current clients parent calls me "the autism whisperer". I am very passionate about my career and the individuals I work with. I love to have fun; I am very active, I love hiking, riding bikes, going to amazement parks, beaches and I love to paint and draw, anything creative I am in! My availability are M-F and some weekends with early notification. I hope I can be of help to you.

Wokie is highly dependable, professional and experienced with children, teens and young adults with special needs. Our 12 y/o son absolutely adores Wokie. He asks for her and is always excited to spend time with Wokie. Wokie is very skilled at implementing successful strategies related specifically to autism (behavior, communication, self help skills, etc.) She also is a great communicator and is very transparent in sharing details throughout the day about our son's progress. Wokie is a very talented caregiver!
