About Win

The best summers of my childhood were spent with nannies. Both my parents worked full-time and during the days, my sister and I would cook, make art, go on excursions and play outside with a beloved nanny (who we'd later be flower girls for!). I am entering a social work masters program this fall and am looking for gigs this summer. I have over 13 years of childcare experience beginning with babysitting jobs in high school. I have worked at an after-school program in Evanston, been a summer camp counselor, taught children how to swim, and most recently, oversee a church youth group and childcare there. I love animals, crafting and teaching kids new skills, from baking to swimming! I'd describe my personality as curious, warm and reliable. I like working with kids because they teach me as much as I teach them, and their spunk, curiosity and interests always astound me! In my spare time, I like to hike, walk my dog, swim in the lake and make art.
