Winny is a very kind, warm, funny and compassionate caregiver, who always puts the patient’s needs first. She is willing to go the extra mile for her patients to ensure they are comfortable and have everything they need. She is also is willing to taje initiative and manage things - I had multiple caregivers for my father and she took it upon herself to make sure I always knew who was on and that I had continuous updates about his condition from the various caregivers. I couldn’t have managed it all from afar without her and I am eternally grateful to her for what she did for my family.
