Winnie helped our family care for my elderly Mom by providing a few shifts a week and fitting into a shared care routine. My Mom loved her, enjoyed her company and felt safe with her. She helped with meals, laundry, shower or sink bath, dressing, medications, companionship and light house cleaning. Winnie was always professional, kind, dependable and quick to communicate. Everyone in our family truly appreciated her help and support. She often went the extra mile and was the only one who could motivate my genuinely very tired Mum to go out and see her dear friends. This turned out to be invaluable as it was the friend's last visit together. I've already highly recommended Winnie to some local friends. Anyone would be lucky to have Winnie on their team!
