With three years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I'm passionate about supporting adults and seniors, enabling them to maintain their independence and well-being. My college degree has enhanced my ability to provide comprehensive care. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I strive to create a comfortable environment for those I care for. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with understanding. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports.
