About Wil

Hi! I'm Wil, an experienced childcare professional and family assistant with extensive hands-on experience caring for infants and toddlers. Most recently, I served as a full-time caregiver beginning when the child was just 2 months old, becoming a trusted and consistent part of his daily life as he grew through infancy and into toddlerhood. I genuinely love working with children and creating days that are warm, engaging, active, and fun. I'm a big believer in getting kids out into the world. We've spent countless hours at libraries, parks, playgrounds, community activities, on walks, and exploring outdoors. I'm CPR certified and take safety very seriously, while still being the kind of caregiver who gets down on the floor to play, gets silly, reads the same book for the hundredth time, and genuinely enjoys spending time with kids.
