About Willow

Hi, my name is Willow, and I have a strong background in childcare, focusing on safety, engagement, and mentorship. For the past two years, I have worked as a mentor at Health and Fitness in the Kids Club, supervising children of all ages, ensuring their well-being, and creating a fun and supportive environment. In addition to working with children, I mentor new hires and existing staff, helping train and guide them in providing excellent care. I am pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Criminal Psychology at Liberty University Online. My education has strengthened my understanding of behavior, safety, and responsibility, skills that are essential when caring for children. In January, I start the Florida Highway Patrol academy. Due to my changing work schedule, which may require travel, I often have better availability on short notice.
