About Willow

Hello!! I'm Willow, I have a Nanny share in Plum Creek. My home is a beautiful space for children to play and explore and learn and feel loved and special. We have a real mud kitchen and a ninja warrior slack line! We spend as much time outside as we can (especially in the rain!) Inside we have an array of centers for play and learning that I change out every week. I believe a child's work is their play and I stay engaged to help guide them in those windows of learning and growth and challenges and celebration. My rules are to be safe and practice love and respect. I use redirection and natural consequences. I am currently looking for a family to share with my current family, on a part time schedule. It would be ideal for a kiddo around 2-3 who is just starting care outside of the home- but please don't hesitate to reach out if you feel excited and want to see if we are a good fit!
