About Willow

Hi, my name is Willow. I'd describe my personality as energetic, organized, and empathetic. I have worked with kids at an after school program in San Marcos, which led me to get a summer job at a day care working with kids 5 years old to 11 years old. I enjoyed doing activities and having fun with them. I am currently a full time student at Texas State, and I am perusing a degree in social work. One thing you should know about me is I am a college student and my studies are important to me. I also am very flexible with schedules as long we can communicate effectively. My skills include communication, patience, and heath and safety. I am able to work with kids that might have a hard time expressing their emotions and creating a plan for when they are feeling overwhelmed. Health and safety of kids is my biggest priority, I want to have fun but of course will make sure it is done in a safe way.
