About Willing

Making a difference in people's lives is my calling. For the past eight years, I've been a Certified Nursing Assistant, passionately supporting adults and seniors in maintaining their well-being and independence. My college education complements my hands-on experience. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I strive to be patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly with those in my care. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and personal history. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written reports and verbal updates. I offer transportation, run errands, provide light housekeeping, and prepare meals. Knowing I can provide peace of mind to families while enriching the lives of their loved ones is what I find most rewarding.
