Entrusting the care of an aging parent to someone else is one of the most difficult decisions a family can make. William made that decision easier. Knowing my father was under his careful supervision brought us immeasurable peace of mind. He treated my father as a person, not simply a patient, and the quality of care he provided consistently exceeded our expectations. What I will remember most, however, is William’s extraordinary compassion during my father’s final moments. When my father passed, William was there beside me. As the weight of that loss overtook me, he was the first person to catch me in an embrace. In one of the most painful moments of my life, his kindness, emotional presence, and genuine concern provided comfort that I will never forget.
