The circumstances of William’s help came to us in complete chaos. Our regular caregiver had an out-of-town family emergency and needed to leave town immediately, AND she did not know when she could return to help with my husband’s care. My daughter found William on care.com and within two hours of his video chat with her—he arrived and hit the ground running with care and support to my husband. William also bought his ‘Will Kit’ — a whole rolling cart of professional supplies that he uses. He provided ST and PT; body transfers; companionship; and medicine administration via a PGEG tube. Our whole family was beyond amazed by William’s professional knowledge and personal touch. He ended up only being with us for a short time—but made a huge impact with his fun, funny, and love able approach to caregiving!!! God Bless you, William!!!
