I am a 58-year-old male that is empathetic, loyal, protective, honest and family oriented. I have 21 years experience working in rehabilitation in nursing homes. 17 as an Occupational Therapy assistant and 4 as a Rehabilitation Technician currently. I treat all my patients like they are my Grandparents and/ or my 3 children. My main focus in healthcare is to lift people up, improve their spirits and help them improve their functional independence. I'd describe my personality as charismatic, charming and funny I like caring for seniors because I had such loving Grandparents. I'm looking for a job that I can assist an adult or senior post surgery , injury or to help them maintain and/ or regain their highest level of independence . I started caring for seniors in 1996 . In my spare time, I like to walk on nature trails, fish, exercise, sporting events and spending time with my close knit family. One thing you should know about me is that I am a great motivator.

I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside Bill at a nursing home, and I consistently see the positive impact he has on our residents. Bill is incredibly personable and builds genuine connections with the people he works with. He is truly one of the most compassionate people I know - he always takes the time to make the residents feel comfortable, respected, and heard. Bill also has a great deal of patience, especially when working with elderly residents who may need that extra time and support.
