About Wilda

In late 2021 my father's conditions had deteriorated to the point that my siblings and I realized that my mother, his full-time care-taker, needed help. We began to search on care.com and noticed Wilda's experience with Alzheimer's and dementia patients. We invited her to come by the house for an interview and to meet our father and we could tell that she was the right person for the job. This ended up being one of the best decisions we ever made as a family. Wilda has provided absolutely amazing care; helping my father bathe, administering medicine, showing my mom "tricks of the trade" to care for him. Despite my father's difficulty in accepting strangers due to the dementia, Wilda would always come in with patience and a smile, ready to help him. Beyond the outstanding care, she is empathetic, compassionate, and helped all of us, and mainly my mom, go through a very difficult journey until he passed away. I would strongly recommend Wilda to help care for your loved ones.
