About Whitney

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, dependable, and attentive. I like tutoring because it allows me to give back to others who are struggling and make a difference. I'm looking for a job that offers stability, predictability, flexibility, and a rewarding outcome. I started tutoring when I worked for America Reads/America Counts as a tutor/teaching assistance. I was in this role for about 10 months before moving onto a new opportunity. In my spare time, I like to watch tv, color, draw, work out, do arts and crafts, and hang out with my friends. One thing you should know about me is while I am disabled, I don't let that limit me. In fact, that is what inspired me to help others. My skills include compassion, patience, and planning ahead.
