Whitney is an amazing nanny! She uses constant positive reinforcement, while maintaining a sense of oversight that the kids respect. When she does need to discipline, she does it in a calm manner where the kids know why they are in time out and why they shouldn't do it again. In most cases, there is very little trouble because Whitney keeps them so busy with activities and helping them with their school work. With the switch to remote learning, Whitney has taken the lead in making sure that the boys have all the work done in the many platforms/apps that they are using. I work full-time and have peace of mind, knowing she is making the day run smoothly. Oh, she also cooks very well and is always on time. Whitney is quite a find as an addition to your household.
